From the day you went public with your diagnosis through to your incredibly powerful candidness in sharing what your family have been through it is amazing what you've done for raising awareness for MND and literally millions towards supporting families and finding a cure. When I emailed you after reading your book to share my dad's journey with MND you took the time to email me back. I can't thank you enough for your kindness and humanity.
